Radio brings together people and communities from all backgrounds to foster positive dialogue for change. More specifically, radio is the perfect medium to counter the appeals for violence and the spread of conflict, especially in regions potentially more exposed to such realities. Healthcare Now Radio
HealthcareNOW Radio will be celebrating its 7th birthday this week during HIMSS19. Over the past year, the boom in streaming radio and podcasting due to smartphones, smart speakers and plug-and-play in cars, has had a huge impact on HealthcareNow Radio’s exposure. In 2018, we grew the station to 16 shows. The result of this growth is that our live streaming station will hit 300,000 listeners this year, and the archives of the on-demand episodes of our shows now average 7,000 plays per month. HealthcareNOWradio.com offers interviews, commentary and speeches from industry leaders in healthcare and health information technology.
Healthcare IT Today
Contributing to this growth is the line-up of shows and the hosts who work hard to shed light on the biggest challenges and opportunities impacting health IT and healthcare delivery. Our newest show to hit the airwaves is Healthcare IT Today with John Lynn (@techguy) and Colin Hung (@Colin_Hung). On the show, our intrepid hosts share their experiences as they roam the country, attending conferences and forums, and talking with thought leaders in the know.
