Dave Smith

Dave is Luma Health’s SVP of Revenue and the voice in your ear who’s actually been in the room selling to health systems, not just theorizing about it. He personally knows most the vision and the DNA of each customer through building deep staff and leadership relationships. He’s also a Type 1 Diabetic, which means he’s navigated the patient journey firsthand: the scheduling runarounds, the follow-up loops, the “please hold” music. That personal connection shows up in every conversation he has, on and off the mic.

Angie (Shin) Azevedo

Angie is a Staff Product Manager at Luma Health and one of the company’s earliest team members, building the patient access suite back when patient engagement meant reminder calls and a prayer. Angie worked on large-scale content ranking systems at Reddit, and these days she’s focused on AI-powered access, automation, and making healthcare operations run a little less like a fax machine from 1997. UC San Diego grad and the co-host most likely to pause mid-conversation and ask, “Okay but what does that actually mean?”
