Meet Shereese Maynard. MS, MBA
Shereese is an Independent Sr Healthcare Strategist. Prior to her current position, she was CEO of EnvisionCare of Washington, DC, served as the former COO at MayHAC Corp, former COO of Nursing and Health Services Training Consultants, Inc. leading all three firms into the areas of information technology governance and Health IT adoption and strategic marketing. She also serves as the current SME to PrismIT of Atlanta, GA for the area of blockchain uses in healthcare.
Raised in Maryland, Shereese holds an MS in Healthcare Administration and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She practices nationwide, with current projects in New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Virginia, DC, and New Jersey. Shereese has recently been considered for the Astellas Cancer Care prize for her development of the P.A.C.C.T app, a care plan and tracking model for secondary cancers and survivorship initiatives in rural communities. She was voted outstanding member and leader for NHSTC, 2006, was named subject-matter expert for MyCity4Her’s health care tech initiative in Baltimore, Maryland, and sits on numerous health care planning boards throughout New Jersey, Maryland, and DC. Shereese is listed in the #HIT100 for 2016-2018 and has been a national speaker on healthcare IT initiatives since 2010. Shereese’s current project is Dr. WellBe, a physician wellness application built with blockchain integration.
