He is a nationally recognized expert on the CMS EHR Incentive Program, certified technology and meaningful use. He has been directly involved in over 135 vendor EHR certification projects. Carolyn is the President and CEO of Physicians EHR. She is co-author of 15 textbooks published by the American Medical Association, the American Dental Association, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Gastroenterological Association on HIPAA Privacy, Security, and EHR Implementation. Her project management team consults in 17 states. She served on the Technical Advisory Panel for the Health Information Security and Privacy Collaborative (HISPC), funded by the ONC.
