Healthcare NOW Radio and HIMSS Annual Conference have had a lot of history. The radio station was turned on during the 2012 conference in Las Vegas. What were we talking about? Consumer and patient engagement in healthcare, especially in the context of Meaningful Use Stage 2 and the growing push for interoperability and data sharing. At HIMSS15 in Chicago we opened the airwaves to This Just In Radio Show for our first live recording at the conference. What were we talking about? Transforming Health: Harnessing IT. Improving Outcomes. This theme emphasized shifting from simply implementing health IT systems to realizing their value through better outcomes, lower costs, and more connected care. HIMSS25 and HIMSS26 we have brought the studio to record on the exhibit floor. And what were we talking about? The epicenter of health innovation and transformation, emphasizing digital transformation, AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and data‑driven care.
