Over the years the conference has grown exponentially and this year HIMSS is expecting 45,000 conference attendees and 1,200 exhibitors. Greenough (@GreenoughPR), a PR firm focused on brand storytelling, has been to HIMSS before and so have many of their clients. Colin Hung, co-founder of Healthcare Leadership (@hcldr), loves attending HIMSS each year where he gets to be a part of the largest health IT gathering of its kind. He enjoys attending sessions, listening to keynotes, and touring the exhibit floor. But, he says for him the best part is meeting other health IT enthusiasts face to face, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. To get himself and others ready for all that is HIMSS, Colin has taken to compiling a healthcare mix tape that reflects on the past year in healthcare and also looks into the future.
