APHA’s Annual Meeting and Expo provides high-quality, science-based education, engaging networking opportunities, and cutting-edge resources to thousands of public health professionals from across the nation.

Public health is inherently future-focused, looking toward prevention and promotion to enable populations to live longer, healthier lives. But recent political polarization, underfunding and distrust of scientific research threaten our ability to create optimal, equitable health and well-being for all. The promise and effectiveness of public health is challenged by pseudoscience. Given this discord, we need to rebuild trust in public health and science.
