DESCRIPTION:June 17-18\, 2024 Washington\, DC & Online \nHashtag: #PAI2024 \nAPHA’s Policy Action Institute brings the importance of policy to the forefront.\nHosted online and in-person\, APHA’s Policy Action Institute brings together public health leaders\, students and professionals for a collaborative event to discuss proven and proposed policy solutions to tackle today’s most pressing health threats at the local\, state and federal levels. \nJoin them for networking!\nRegistrants are invited to attend an informal networking event at the conclusion of the first day. Take this opportunity to meet your fellow participants\, speakers and APHA staff over light appetizers and refreshments. \nApply for a scholarship by April 29\nAPHA Student and Early Career Professional members are eligible to apply for a scholarship to the Policy Action Institute. If selected\, you will have the option to attend in person or virtually\, but you will be responsible for all travel-related costs.
